The Process: As part of their early-stage growth, I helped Pollen develop a stronger social media presence through educational and thought-leadership content. I created Loom-style walkthrough videos explaining features, social strategy tips, and use cases to make the platform more approachable for users. Alongside that, I wrote carousel concepts, post copy, and campaign ideas focused on creativity and Pollen’s value.
